Instructions:

Choose each option below and click the "add to cart" button.  This will open a new window with a PayPal shopping cart (you may need to temporarily disable popups to view the window).

Add each item to the cart then check-out via PayPal's secure web servers.  When satisfied with your choices, click the "proceed to checkout" button that is at the bottom of the PayPal window that opened.  Follow the payment instructions provided by PayPal and you're done!  You should receive a confirmation email from PayPal once your payment has been accepted.

Note:  those choosing the student option must show a valid student ID at registration.
